Busch Construction was selected as the construction manger for the project.

Updated Needs Assessment

The library completed an updated needs assessment (as of January 1, 2019), as part of the New Building Project. Read more about the master plan for the new library now! Click on the presentation file below for more information. This presentation was given at the January 10, 2019 City Council Meeting. The final needs asssment report for the library is also noted below. 


Facility Master Plan
