Honey Heist: RPG for Teens

Monday, January 21, 2019, 2:30 - 6:00 p.m.

It's HoneyCon 2019. You are going to undertake the greatest heist the world has ever seen. Two things--
ONE: You have a complex plan that requires precise timing. TWO: You are a bear.
 
Register to play Honey Heist: a one-page roleplay game system created by Grant Howitt and gamemastered by Rachel the LiBEARian. RPG experience is not required. All materials provided. Open to 8th-12th graders. 
 
Teen Game Days

every Tuesday and Thursday, 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.

Gear up for some friendly competition at the Marion Public Library! We've got Fortnite and Mario Kart for Nintendo Switch and Minecraft for XBox. We also have awesome board games like Exploding Kittens, Splendor, and more. Want to play Dungeons & Dragons (5th edition)? We've got materials for you to run your own game. Come ready to play.

Teen Pathfinder Club

every Tuesday and Wednesday, 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Our Pathfinder Club has spots available for middle schoolers (ages 11+)! If you are interested in joining, please fill out the Teen RPG Registration Form. Rachel will contact you with more information.

Pathfinder is a roleplay game similar to Dungeons & Dragons! Shape your story by playing a character, rolling dice, and working as a team. Join us as Game Master Derek brings the group into the world of Na'baz. All materials provided.

Youth Advocating Kindness
Youth Advocating Kindness (YAK)

every Friday, 3:30 - 4:30 p.m.

Come to listen, snack, or share what’s on your mind in this no pressure, judgment-free zone. Open to all middle and high schoolers.

High School Hangout
2nd Wednesday of every month, 3:30 - 5:00 p.m.
 
Hey, 9th-12th graders! Come hang out at the library on the second Wednesday of each month in a space reserved just for you. Food? Likely. Fun? Definitely. This program is for high schoolers only. Middle schoolers should check out our library events calendar for other teen programs!
 
Cooking Club for Teens

3rd Wednesday of every month, 3:30 - 5:00 p.m.

Do you like experimenting with food? Are you hungry for ideas to improve your meals? Do you just like to eat? Register for our Teen Cooking Club! Takes place on the 3rd Wednesday of every month. Open to middle and high schoolers only. Cooking Club for Teens information and registration.

STEAM Mondays
4th Monday of every month, 3:30 - 5:00 p.m.
 
We’ve got a new Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, or Math-related activity just for teens. This is a monthly drop-in program: come when you can and leave when you want! Click here for more STEAM Mondays information.
